Feedbackloop - Easily Collect customer feedback for your saas

Build your SaaS through your competitor’s users feedback. (cheat)

You jumped on the article ! Congrats 🥳

Hey, it’s Mehdi again.

While building tryfeedbackloop.com V2, I wanted to do things differently.

First, I created a whatsapp group and a public portal containing my roadmap and the feedback of my users.

I wanted to build the V2 based on feedback from my competitors users.

It’s a little hack I found.

So, the question is how do we do this ?

Easy !

Navigate to reviews websites. and filter the bad reviews.

Now, you are sitting on a goldmine, you have an entire unhappy customer feedback.

And you know that he ain’t the only one, lot of them have the same problem but are just too lazy to leave this kind of feedback.

You take this feedback, and pass it to ChatGPT and ask him to extract all the possible feature or bugs to avoid or feedback to add on your app.

Now, once you have them, go to https://tryfeedbackloop.com and sign up for an account.

You’ll be using it to manage all the feedback your are getting from your users along with feedback you collect.

Create a new portal in the portal page, brand it.

Then, copy the link you’ll find on the settings tab, this is the link of the public portal, here is mine :

Check my own public portal

Link to it on your app, and let your users visit it and share their own feedback.

You did it ? Great.

Now, go back on your dashboard.

You want to add the feedback you got from GPT on your CRM. Easy.

Click on add feedback.

Then, fill the modal with the informations given by MR GPT.

And you are good to go !

Now, you know what your competitor’s users don’t like.

Build your app based on their feedback and fulfil their needs.

Thanks for reading this article.
